He speaks out what the Indian Government (Congress and Communists) and Media wants to hear and earns back the money from them. The objective is simple here: Somehow bring unstability in Nepal. Somehow provdie legitimacy to illegitimate SPAM government which has long passed all sorts of electoratal backing it had.
Kunda will earn his bread and butter from this. He will put down the Palace, the RNA and reframe the "Mob and Goon Movement" as Spring Movement.
